mdash is a private household dashboard, run for the households invited to it. Using it means agreeing to what follows. If you do not, do not sign in.

What you get

Access to mdash for you and the people in your household, for as long as it is offered. There is no charge, no subscription, and no contract term. It is provided as it is, and it may change or stop.

What is expected of you

• Connect only accounts and calendars that are yours to connect.
• Invite only people who actually live in or run your household.
• Do not attempt to reach another household’s data, and tell us if you find a way to.

An invitation link is a credential. Anyone holding one can join your household, so treat it the way you would treat a key. Links expire, and can be revoked before they do.

Your data stays yours

Connecting a calendar or a ring grants mdash permission to read it, and nothing more. That permission is yours to withdraw at any time, from inside mdash or from your Google or Oura account directly. What is read, stored and deleted is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

No warranty, and what that means in practice

mdash is provided without warranty of any kind. It reads calendars on a schedule and can be wrong: a sync can fail, a provider can go down, a ring can stop reporting, and the screen can show yesterday’s answer without saying so. Do not rely on it as the only record of anything that matters. It is a convenience over the accounts you already keep, not a replacement for them.

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from using mdash or from being unable to use it.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking to have your household removed. Access may be withdrawn if these terms are broken, or if mdash stops being offered at all.
